For ten of those years, he served as a senior examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he developed deep expertise across multiple divisions—including broker-dealer, RIA, and Enforcement. #### Leading Over 200 Investigations During his time at the SEC and the Department of Labor (DOL), Jeb conducted or led teams on more than 200 investigations. His ability to conduct thorough audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement effective compliance controls has positioned him as a trusted advisor for firms seeking to strengthen governance and mitigate risk. #### Private Fund and Trading Practice Expertise Jeb specializes in SEC, DOL, and FINRA regulations and has a deep understanding of private fund operations and trading practices.
